These offerings allow your guests to customize their own individual dishes. Staffing may be required, depending on your estimated guest count & event duration.

Breakfast Taco Station

Let your guests customize their favorite breakfast taco combinations! With your choice of flour, whole wheat or corn tortillas.
Ingredients available: scrambled eggs, freshly-made migas, carne asada, chorizo, potatoes, onions, cilantro, diced tomatoes, guacamole, salsa brodie, tomatillo salsa, jalapeños, sour cream, & cheddar cheese.

Waffle Station

Let your guests customize our delicious mini Belgian waffles with their choice of sweet & savory toppings!
Toppings include: applewood-smoked bacon bits, fresh assorted berries, cinnamon apples, pecans, chocolate chips, bourbon maple syrup, butter, powdered sugar, & freshly-whipped cream.

Pancake Station

Custom pancakes made-to-order for your guests.
Toppings include: applewood-smoked bacon bits, brown butter bananas, fresh assorted berries, cinnamon apples, pecans, chocolate chips, bourbon maple syrup, butter, powdered sugar, & freshly-whipped cream.

Macaroni & Cheese Station

An elegant twist on a homestyle classic. Guests can customize this All-American comfort food on the spot.
Toppings include: regular & white cheddar, sautéed wild mushrooms, green peas, fried onions, applewood-smoked bacon bits, green onions, & white truffle oil.

Elegant Omelet Station

Custom omelets, made-to-order for your guests.
Ingredients available: black forest ham, applewood-smoked bacon bits, baby spinach, sautéed wild mushroom medley, green onions, red & yellow bell peppers, asparagus tips, diced tomatoes, cheddar, gruyère, & Monterey jack.

$13 per guest + Chef Attendant/Service Staff Required 20 guest minimum

Quesadilla Station

Includes everything you need to make the perfect quesadilla on the spot.
Ingredients available: carne asada, grilled chicken breast, portobello strips, grilled shrimp, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, & our signature salsa brodie.

Classic Pasta Abbondanza

Each guest customizes his or her own perfect pasta dish with a choice of penne, farfalle or tortellini.
Ingredients available: marinara, basil pesto, béchamel, grilled chicken, sweet Italian sausage, roasted tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, baby spinach, freshly-grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, & ciliegine mozzarella. Includes roasted garlic bread.

Turkey Breast Carving Board

Choose from our two delicious styles of boneless turkey breast:

  • Mustard Encrusted Boneless Turkey Breast – Brined & encrusted in whole mustard seed & fresh herbs, roasted to perfection & garnished with a vodka cream sauce & roasted root vegetables.
  • Traditional Herb Roasted Turkey Breast – Served with sage gravy & garnished with fresh ginger-spiced cranberry sauce & herb stuffing.
  • $195 + Requires Chef Attendant Serves 35-40 guests

    Maple-Glazed, Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin

    Tender pork loin (15 pounds on average) wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon, roasted & glazed with pure maple syrup. Thinly sliced-to-order & garnished with creamy grits, wilted greens & pecans.

    Fresh Horseradish Encrusted Prime Rib of Beef

    This show-stopping station includes boneless prime rib with a crust of freshly-grated horseradish, fresh thyme & panko breading. Roasted to medium-rare & sliced-to-order. Served with a cabernet demi-glace & buttermilk rolls.

    $500 + Requires Chef Attendant Serves 15-30 guests

    Garlic-Studded, Balsamic-Marinated Roast Beef

    Boneless top round of beef (14-18 pounds on average) slow-roasted to medium-rare & hand-carved in front of your guests. Served with shoestring fried onions, creamy horseradish sauce, buttermilk rolls, & jus.

All pick-up orders will be fully cooked and chilled. Reheating instructions are available upon request.

Ten-guest minimum on all menus unless otherwise specified. Prices and ingredient subject to change. Orders canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Minimum delivery charges apply.
